This Privacy Policy explains what information Nimure Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you use nimure.shop (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not require you to create an account to browse or buy from the Site.

• At checkout: your name and email address, collected to process your order, generate your download links, and contact you about your purchase if needed.
• On your device: your cart contents, theme (dark/light), and language preference are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the Site remembers them between visits. This data never leaves your device unless you complete a purchase.
• Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal (see Section 3) — we never see or store your card or bank details.

All payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal collects and processes the payment information you provide during checkout under its own privacy policy, available at paypal.com. We recommend reviewing it before completing a purchase.

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic to the Site (e.g. page views, referrers, general location by country). Umami does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile tied to your identity. We do not use advertising trackers or ad-retargeting scripts of any kind. Aside from Umami, the only other data stored in your browser is the functional information described in Section 2, used solely to make the Site work as expected for you.

We share order information with PayPal (to process payment) and with our infrastructure providers (hosting and file storage) strictly as needed to operate the Site and deliver your Product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
