Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nimure.shop (the “Site”) and any digital products purchased through it (the “Products”). By browsing the Site, creating an order, or downloading a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nimure Studio (“we”, “us”, “Nimure”) sells original and edited 3D character models designed for use with MikuMikuDance (MMD) and compatible software, delivered as PMX, PMD, and/or FBX files. Models are organized by category (e.g. Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, Zenless Zone Zero, and original “Random Anime Models” designs) purely for browsing purposes.

Some Products contain mature (R-18) content, including nudity and sexually suggestive material intended for private, adult use in 3D animation software. Product listings, previews, and descriptions are provided to help you evaluate a Product before purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase or download any Product from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that possessing R-18 digital content is lawful where you live.

Checkout does not require creating an account — we only collect the name and email address needed to process your order and deliver your download links.

Payments are processed by PayPal, which handles your payment details (PayPal balance or debit/credit card) under its own terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card details. Prices shown at checkout are final in USD; we do not collect or remit sales tax or VAT on your behalf.

Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product according to the license tier selected at checkout — it does not transfer ownership or copyright, which remain with Nimure Studio (or the original rights holder):

• Standard — personal, non-commercial videos and renders.
• Extended — streaming and monetized content (e.g. ad-supported or subscriber-supported channels).
• Commercial — full commercial use, including resale of derivative works.

No license permits redistributing, reselling, or sharing the original model files themselves.

• Redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing the raw Product files, in whole or in part.
• Claiming original authorship of a Product or removing required credits.
• Using a Product outside the scope of the license tier purchased.
• Using a Product to create content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or depicts minors.

Products are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, we generate a secure, time-limited download link for each item purchased — currently valid for up to 7 days and a limited number of download attempts. If your link expires before you’ve downloaded your Product, contact us and we’ll help you out.

Because Products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

The Site, its design, and all Product files remain the intellectual property of Nimure Studio or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 5.

Products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee compatibility with every version of every third-party software, hardware, or operating system. You are responsible for verifying a Product’s specifications before purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nimure Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a Product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nimure Studio’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
