We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any Product purchased on nimure.shop, for any reason. Every purchase is final at the moment your order is confirmed.

Our Products are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Unlike physical goods, a digital download cannot be “returned” — once a download link has been issued, we have no way to verify or reverse your access to the file. For this reason, all purchases are treated as final sales.
